How It Works

I work with each client individually to design a custom meal plan that works best for them. If you’re interested in learning more about my services, send me a message and we can talk about your needs and how I can best support you.


Generally, here is how the process works:


Step 1: Send me a message. We will set up a time to chat on the phone for about 20 minutes to determine your dietary needs, and how I can best support you.


Step 2: I design a meal plan that I think could work well for you and your needs, and I email it over to you with pricing. This may be slightly different for each client, depending on health condition, number of meals needed per week, number of family members eating the meals, etc. Meal plans range between $395 and $895 per week.


Step 3: We decide on a meal plan and set up a time for me to come to your house and cook! I always start each client with a two-week trial so we can work out the kinks. We see if you enjoy my style of cooking, if the number and type of meals are appropriate for you, and if we’d like to continue working together.


Step 4: If all goes well with the two-week trial, you sign on for a 4 month contract. This locks in the days I will be available to cook for you, and ensures your fridge will be stocked when you need it!


What’s included:

Each week, I email you menu options and you make your selections. I handle the menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, packaging, labeling, storing and clean up. All meals are fully cooked and ready to be reheated. You open your refrigerator and decide what to eat. It’s that easy!


Requirements for working together:

  • You live in the Northwest Philadelphia / Montgomery County, PA area.
  • Your kitchen allows for me to prepare and store meals for you. e.g., you have a working oven, cook top range, basic kitchen amenities, etc.
  • You recognize that having home-cooked, healthy food designed & prepared especially for you is an investment in your health.
  • You care about high-quality ingredients and health-supportive cooking methods.
