“I have always believed food should be a combination of fuel and pleasure supporting and healing the body. I am so lucky to have worked with Jennifer Fanega and to have had her food be a key element of my postpartum recovery after having my first child. I hired Jen to do weekly meal preparation that would align with the nutrients my body and baby would need post-birth, as well as support my husband to fuel us correctly while taking the guessing work out of it for him. I have been truly lucky and appreciative to have had Jen take all the research, time, and effort of sourcing and preparing meals for me. She thoughtfully chose meals according to my needs and desires and adjusted accordingly with any feedback. Jen is highly organized, creating the menus well in advance, and always is selective in where she sources. One of my favorite things was knowing all my proteins were the highest quality coming from a local farm she has a relationship with. Jen has a special talent to keep the meals healthy and clean but so delicious. You are always excited about your next meal!
